Fairheads Benefit Services is committed to corporate transformation. Over the decades, Fairheads has always had a strong focus on empowering and developing its people.
Broad-based black economic empowerment(BBBEE) is an ongoing process. In terms of BBBEE criteria, Fairheads is a value adding enterprise and currently holds a Level 3 contributory recognition level, enabling our contracting parties to claim 110% as a BBBEE spend.
Fairheads supports enterprise development and has an ongoing partnership with The Business Place. This is a network of accessible walk-in centres for entrepreneurs, with relevant support and information services clustered under one roof. Anyone who wants to start or grow a small business or micro enterprise is welcome. The Business Place currently has 10 branches throughout Southern Africa.
